Ladies Gaelic Football Meeting 17th Apr

The development of our game in Antrim is essential for it’s survival and it with this in mind that a very important workshop has been organised for all clubs to attend on Thursday 17th April at 7.30pm in Davitts on the Falls Road.

The aim of this workshop is to look at the state of Ladies Gaelic Football in the county, see where you would like it to be and try to find ways of getting there.  Geraldine Giles, President of the Association, Paula Prunty, National Games Development Officer and myself will facilitate this evening.  We hope that we can help you identify ways of improving the sport that we all love by drawing on both your experiences and those from other counties across Ireland.

In order for this workshop to be a success it is essential that we have representation from all areas of the game within Antrim.  I would therefore ask that you encourage players, coaches, managers, committee members, parents, referees and all interested individuals from your area of Antrim to attend.  We can all play a part in developing our game no matter how big or small and all opinions and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
